  • Guidelines for booking a group

    • To receive a group discount your group must consist of 10 or more climbers.
    • Payment will need to be made in 1 full payment, we can not except multiple individual payments.
    • A 50% deposit will be required to book your reservation and hold your spot.  This deposit will go towards the final payment.
    • Your card will be kept on file for final payment.
    • Final payment and final climber count will be due 1 week before your reservation date.
    • If a group cancels with less than 1 weeks notice the 50% deposit will go towards an account credit and the rest of the payment will be refunded.  Account credits never expire and can be used for any products.
    • If your group cancels within 7 or more days from their reservation date, your deposit will be refunded to your original payment method
    • Everyone on the property will need to sign a waiver this applies to spectators and climbers.
    • Your group waiver management link will come in your confirmation email, it is very important this link is shared with your group and waivers are signed through this link.
    • Large groups should plan to spend half the day or a full day at the park depending on the size of your group and ticket length chosen.
  • Group Waiver Management

Signing a waiver in advance is extremely important.  Using your group waiver management link provided in your confirmation email will make assigning waivers to your reservation a lot easier.  Please make sure to check your junk or spam folder if you haven’t received a confirmation email from us.

Your group waiver management link will be in your confirmation email.  When you click that link it will open up your group waiver management page.  There are directions on this page.  Click waivers, you will be able to see who in your group has signed waivers and who has not.  You can assign climbers as participating and spectators as not participating.  Please keep reminding members of your group to sign their waivers.  All waivers should be complete 72 hours before your reservation.

Failure to have waivers completed before check in will result in a longer more stressful check in.

Remember for large groups in multiple time slots it is best to send older climbers and experienced climbers in the first groups. Younger climbers should be in the last group giving them extra time to practice and not feel rushed.

This really checked all the boxes for us, as we were looking for something fun to do outside for the afternoon.

The location is really nicely set up with an eye to some cute spots with Adirondack chairs, cornhole, big checkers, and covered pavilions to cool off.

All the employees were nice and helpful!

We had a variety of skill levels in our group and there was a trail to challenge each of us.

Tree Trekkers is amazing!

We took a group of 120 5th graders for their 5th grade celebration and they made the process so easy and were so adaptable to changes and our timeline. We even got a visit from bigfoot himself. The ability of the staff to get a large group climbing quickly is commendable, too.

Merideth

Evan led fantastic teambuilders for our group and was so collaborative ahead of time. All of the staff were kind, responsive and so knowledgable.

We had an AMAZING TIME!

Thank you!
