Office Team

Our office team members are the first people our guests interact with during their visit and act as the hosts of the park. A host's primary responsibility is to ensure that all guests get the "WOW" factor right from the start. Hosts provide guests with the information and direction they need in order to begin the adventure feeling excited and confident.


General Duties:

  • Creates a welcoming experience for guests using excellent customer service skills
  • Greets guests with a friendly demeanor and provides initial information to make the guest experience a great one
  • Has strong communication skills, a friendly disposition, and a professional appearance
  • Assists guests with waiver, check-in, and merchandise sales on the phone and in person
  • Maintains a clean, organized and high-energy guest service environment

  • Customer Service Assistant Job Description

    Position Type: Seasonal / Part-Time 


    Position Overview: 

    As a Customer Service Assistant, you are a host and guide for our guests. Your primary goal is to deliver the “WOW” factor, making every guest feel welcomed, informed, and ready for adventure. This role is dynamic and involves interacting with guests, assisting with reservations and sales, and supporting the Adventure Team when needed.  


    Key Responsibilities: 

    • Greet guests with a friendly and professional demeanor, providing information, rules, and guidance 
    • Answer calls, return voicemails, monitor info emails, and provide accurate park information. 
    • Use our point-of-sale system to check-in, manage, and book reservations; as well as sell various merchandise/products  
    • Support birthday parties, group events, and special activities. 
    • Float between the Office and Ground School, assisting the Adventure Team with harnessing and safety procedures when needed.  
    • Maintain a clean, organized, welcoming facility and work environment. 
    • Support office inventory management  
    • Be on your feet and active throughout your shift. 

    Training Requirements: 

    Complete 4-day Office Training 

    Complete 2-day Ground School Training 


    Qualifications: 


    • Strong communication skills and professional appearance 
    • Friendly, charismatic/outgoing, and customer-focused attitude 
    • Comfortable speaking to adults and children both in person and on the phone 
    • Able to multitask in a fast-paced, dynamic environment 
    • Ability to learn and use various digital software 
    • Provide a 5-star customer service experience at all times

    Job Title: Group Sales Coordinator 


    Position Type: Seasonal / Part-Time 


    Position Overview: 

    As a Group Sales Coordinator, you are the main point of contact for schools, corporate clients, birthday parties, and other group events. You’ll coordinate every detail of the guest experience, from inquiries and bookings to event execution, ensuring each group has a seamless and exciting adventure. This role is perfect for someone organized, outgoing, and passionate about helping people enjoy the outdoors. 


    Key Responsibilities: 

    • All Customer Service Assistant responsibilities 
    • Respond to inquiries and manage bookings for group events via phone, email, and in person. 
    • Coordinate event logistics; including scheduling, special requests, and payment processing. 
    • Build and maintain relationships with schools, corporate clients, and community organizations. 
    • Work closely with the Adventure Team to ensure smooth execution of office operations and events. 
    • Track and report sales metrics, attendance, and revenue. 
    • Assist with marketing initiatives to promote group programs and special offers. 
    • Manage office inventory  
    • Support other park activities and events as needed. 
    • Provide a 5-star customer service experience at all times 

    Training Requirements:

    Complete 4-day Office Training

    Qualifications: 

    • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in sales, event coordination, or customer service. 
    • Strong organizational and multitasking skills. 
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team. 
    • Comfortable working in a dynamic, outdoor environment. 
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and CRM or booking software. 

Adventure Team

Our Adventure team members work face to face with guests every day! You spend your days walking, climbing and gearing our guests up for the adventure. As part of this team, you are the on-site experts of techniques and equipment at our ground school. Then when you are in the park, you are the coaches who motivate and assist our climbers when they need it. All Adventure Team members will attend two 4-day training sessions to equip you in various techniques and our policies.

  • Become proficient with gearing guests up for the experience
  • Comfortable communicating rules and policies with guests of all ages

    Position Type: Seasonal / Part-Time 


    Position Overview: 

    As an Adventure Team member, you will spend almost the entire day outside working in either Ground School or out in the Park. Ground school is where you will personally guide groups of 10 or more guests through the various parts of training and harnessing. Park days require you to monitor the safety of all climbers as they tackle our various aerial trails, climbing and assisting them as necessary. No matter what area of the park you are in, you will be providing our 5-star customer service, ensuring an enjoyable and warm experience for guests from all over.  


    Key Responsibilities: 


    • Be on your feet and active throughout your shift. 
    • Supervise and assist climbers on trails  
    • Perform and assist in emergency procedures 
    • Perform daily course and equipment inspections 
    • Outfit guests with appropriate equipment and guide them through instructional safety training 
    • Assist with general site/facilities/equipment maintenance and special projects 
    • Provide a 5-star customer service experience at all times 

    Training Requirements: 

    Complete 2-day Rescue training 

    Complete 2-day Adventure Operations training  


    Qualifications: 

    • Comfortable working at-height and physically active 
    • Professional appearance  
    • Comfortable leading/directing and speaking to adults and children
