If you have an email with your gift voucher please go to that email and click the redeem now link.  It will automactially fill your voucher code and pull up the product for you to book.

There are 2 ways to redeem your gift vouchers from the website:

1st Option:

• Click the BOOK NOW button
• A pop box will appear with a menu on the left-hand side, click REDEEM VOUCHER
• Enter voucher code (if you have multiple vouchers- enter 1st code,  and then at checkout there will be a spot to enter the rest of your codes
• Add items to the cart that you wish to purchase (you can click PRODUCTS on the top tabs to go back and add more items at any time)
• At checkout- your voucher code will be applied, (if you have multiple codes- there will be a spot at checkout labeled "voucher redemption codes" to enter the remaining codes)

2nd Option:

• Click the TICKET INFO Tab on the website menu
• Scroll down and click GIFT CERTIFICATE REDEMPTION
• This will take you to our page with gift certificate redemptions and sales
• Click the REDEEM NOW button
• Enter voucher code (if you have multiple vouchers- enter 1st code,  and then at checkout there will be a spot to enter the rest of your codes
• Add items to the cart that you wish to purchase (you can click PRODUCTS on the top tabs to go back and add more items at any time)
• At checkout- your voucher code will be applied, (if you have multiple codes- there will be a spot at checkout labeled "voucher redemption codes" to enter the remaining codes)

No.  Gift Vouchers are valid for 1 year from purchase date and must be redeemed before they expire.  You can redeem a ticket time past your expiration date.  For example, if your gift voucher expires on 2/20/26, you can still redeem it to climb on 5/5/26, as long as you book the reservation online before the 2/20/26 expiration.  You will not be able to redeem your gift voucher if it is past its expiration date and no extensions or exceptions can be made. 

You will receive an email from our reservation system with your gift voucher.  If you don’t see it, double check spam or junk sometimes we get bumped there.  Open your email, click view full details.  This will open a pdf of your gift voucher.  In the upper right corner there will be an option to “print” click print.
